Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data:
The processing of personal data is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller to facilitate exchanges and ensure communication with the general public. Personal data concerning you is processed for the following purposes:

The Data Controller undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the processed personal data. They also ensure the commitment of subcontractors to implement technical and organizational measures to guarantee an appropriate level of security.
Your Rights:
In accordance with regulations, you can access data concerning you. If necessary, you can request the rectification or erasure of such data, obtain the limitation of the processing of this data, or object to it for reasons relating to your particular situation. You can also define directives regarding the retention, erasure, and communication of your personal data after your death. If you believe, after contacting us, that your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, the CNIL for France.
Updating the Policy:
The present Privacy Policy may be updated at any time, depending on developments in processing or if required by law.
